I’m a passionate Learning and Development professional with a knack for balancing my “people-first” mindset with my knowledge of business strategy. I have broad experience in different facets of HR including recruiting, employee relations, and benefits, but my real passion is in developing others. I earned my BS in Human Resources Management from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and my master’s degree in HRM at Bryan College in May of 2019.When I’m not working or studying, I love traveling, hiking, reading, and finding new recipes to cook. My favorite job is being a mom to a wonderful toddler.
