ABOUT CAROLINE GAGLIARDI

Caroline is a partner within PwC’s Assurance practice. With 24 years of experience, she delivers accounting and financial advisory services to both large public enterprises and smaller private organisations. Her expertise centers on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sector at PwC. Currently, Caroline holds the role of Global Engagement Partner for several global technology clients.Caroline offers her clients valuable insights and strategic advice on technical matters. She has extensive experience dealing with complex revenue recognition, business combinations, and divestitures. Caroline is well-versed in handling initial and follow-up public offerings, issuing debt, conducting carve-out audits, implementing new accounting standards, and performing both initial and ongoing internal control assessments, as well as SEC reporting. Caroline delivers seamless service, develops strong client relationships and effectively communicates across a wide range matters. She uses the depth of her experience, her effective communication skills and her access to the PwC network to provide her clients with varying perspectives and both practical and technically sound solutions. Caroline enjoys giving back to her community through her service roles on the St. Rita Catholic Community Parish Finance Council and the Ursuline Academy Foundation Board. She loves spending time with her husband and their four sons. Caroline is also an avid runner, recently having completed the esteemed Boston Marathon🦄.
