About Caroline Tyler

I am proud to serve as a Program Manager at GrandPad, whose mission is to improve the lives of millions of seniors by reconnecting them with their families, friends, and caregivers. In my role, I support the company\'s leadership team with driving forward critical large-scale company initiatives, supporting many of our larger business partners, and ensuring our day-to-day work aligns with our overall strategic plan, mission, and vision. I am proud to work for a company who strives to make technology more accessible for older adults. Prior to this role, I spent ten years working in the higher education and student affairs realm, in a variety of roles. I hold a Master of Education degree from the University of Maine (2019) in Student Development in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Vermont (2017) in Theatre and English. I am passionate about fostering connection, leadership, equity, diversity, and inclusion work, as well as creative and performing arts. My top skills include creative problem solving, project management, communication, event planning, team development, and leading with empathy. I have lived and worked in four different states in New England, and currently reside in the Boston area with my husband David and our four-year-old Australian Labradoodle, Comet!
