I am part of the Mind Gym coach network, trained and accredited by Mind Gym to deliver their 90 minute workouts to clients. Workouts are fast-paced, action-orientated and based on research from behavioural psychology and related sciences. Sessions I deliver are either face to face or via a virtual platform, and might include topics such as \"Change Agility\"\"Influence & Persuade\" and \"Courageous Conversations\" I have delivered sessions for a wide variety of clients including British Gas, Brown Brothers Harriman, Foreign & Commonwealth Office and Thomson Reuters.
