Sole Designer (across all product categories: Soft and Structured Wovens, Outerwear, Cut & Sew Knits and Sweaters) spearheading all design concept through bulk production execution under multiple brands directly with Co-Founder / Creative Director across Men’s, Women’s and Accessories for Rowing Blazers,Arthur Ashe, Warm & Wonderful, and Gyles and George with on-going collaborations and licenses including: Gucci Vault, Target, MLB,\'47 Brand, Hunter, Sperry, Cafe de Flore, and LeSportsac• Handle all product development: sourcing of all raw materials, and selection of fabric and trims for all seasonal collections and collaborative capsules• Diversify supply chain of products securing on time bulk deliveries from factory to warehouse• Daily communication with overseas vendors to ensure samples arrive in time for milestone meetings within tight T&A Calendar• Approve all lab dips, knitdowns, wash trials, strike-offs, embroidery mock-ups, and handlooms for bulk approval• Lead bi-weekly Men\'s & Women\'s fittings with VP of Production
