Clients are large listed companies or smaller companies under LBO in the Tech, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Life Sciences or Services sectors. I mainly work on Financial Officers searches as well as Private Equity searches. Search Execution: Drives effective search strategy and most aspects of the search process. Identifies qualified candidates and provides insightful comments on fit. Cultivates relationships and networks with existing and potential candidates. Drafts quality documents, including success profiles, position specifications, clients reports, candidate assessments and references reports. Uses H&S assessments tools. Conducts the full search cycle to include offer and references. Has strong project management skills and provides regular feedback to her team. Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills. Client focus: Increases role in client update calls/meetings and presentations. Participates in preparing pitches, BD meetings and internal pricing discussions when required. Builds client relationships through high-quality search execution. Has a strong internal and external client orientation. People oriented: Coaches and mentors Associates and Analysts; helps attract and develop talents. Contributes to firm initiatives. Develops productive and trusting relationships with colleagues.
