Working as part of the global JLR Salesforce Centre of Excellence (CoE) leadership team, I lead four key themes:1. Portfolio management: I make sure we have the right level of contact across the demand funnel, ensuring the CoE team understands the total Salesforce picture. I\'m responsible for making sure release trains are understood and properly planned. I also oversee any CoE deliverables as we work to transform our internal processes and governance.2. Change management: I work across the business to ensure that changes and releases are supported by robust change management and communication strategies.3. Technical change control: I make sure all teams are aligned on the changes being pushed through our controlled environments. Communications management: I work closely with colleagues across the business to make sure all communications, both internal and external, meet the highest standards and reach the right stakeholders.
