My practice focuses on advising and defending regional, national, and multinational employers on a wide range of workplace law matters. I\'d love to talk about how we can help.I regularly advise and defend regional, national, and multinational employers on matters including policy design and drafting, employment contracts, restrictive covenants, employees’ requests for accommodations and leaves, performance management and employee discipline, wage and hour compliance, employee benefits, and terminations. My practice has a particular focus on handling sensitive matters including workplace investigations and difficult personnel matters, and I have extensive experience ensuring employers remain compliant.Earlier in my career, I was a principal at another labor and employment law firm. Before that, I served as in-house counsel to the National Basketball Association, giving me first-hand knowledge on issues ranging from labor negotiations and immigration to employee benefits and cross-border employment matters. I started my career as a labor and employment lawyer at a global law firm in New York.I have had the honor of appearing four times on the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America list. I earned my J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and my B.A. from Princeton University.
