Caroline is a forward looking executive with a track record establishing new business and growing to scale through disruptive technology and business innovation. She is a pioneer in the virtualized network transformation, especially in Cloud native radion access network (RAN) and Mobile Edge Compute (MEC). The incubation effort grew into scale business, and becoming the foundation of connected edge AI vertical. Through the journey, Caroline co-founded Telecom Infrastructure Project (TIP), a global consortium that fosters scale and commericalization of cloud native telecommunication network, she served as on the board and its president. Caroline was also the founding member of 5G Open Innovation Labs to support global start-up companies specializing in value added services that run on cellular networks.She is a strategic thinker and risk taker with global business insights, especially well versed in complex geo political environment. She is espeically passionate of ecosystem building, connecting the dots by leveraging an extensive network developed through the 30 years in the cellular industry. Caroline has recevied numerous industry awards recognizing her contributions, and a frequent speaker at industry events. In addition, Caroline has rich board and advisory service experiences, currently serving as independent board director to public company, and advising investment funds as well as early stage firms.
