I\'m honored and privileged to be named incoming executive director of the Senate Presidents\' Forum. Rose Swan, founder and current executive director, plans to retire at the end of this year. I have big shoes to fill and I\'m looking forward to partnering with Rose as we start this transition together.My career at the NCSL Foundation working with legislators and private sector members has led me to this point and I am so excited to start this next chapter building on my past and growing toward my future.As I take over the reins at SPF, I\'m indebted to Rose for this opportunity to work with state senate leaders, corporate sponsors and a great team of staff and consultants. I\'m very proud of the breadth of issues we cover and the dialogue we foster.
