As Warranty Manager for our dealership network across North America, I lead a team dedicated to excellence in warranty management and customer support. Our work goes far beyond processing claims. We protect our customers, strengthen our dealership reputation, and ensure every brand we represent is held to the highest standard.I’ve built a department that thrives on Kaizen and continuous improvement. I’ve led a Lean project that reshaped how safety and service bulletins are handled, cutting waste and closing gaps. I also launched “Fostering Collaboration and Insights” an initiative that brings different areas of the organization together, helping us understand how we’re connected and creating stronger cross department relationships.Building strong partnerships with our OEMs is also key. We’re on the same team, working toward the same goal: customer satisfaction. By submitting claims with complete, accurate information and keeping communication open, we maximize OEM recovery while building trust and long term collaboration.My team is committed to ensuring all equipment is registered properly, every claim is handled with precision, and warranty remains a major selling point that delivers real value for our customers and the dealerships we support.
