ABOUT CAROLINE BRINDLE

I have over ten years’ experience global experience working as a Management Consultant and Project Manager. I am incredibly privileged to work and recreate near to Vancouver, on the lands of the xʷməθkwəy̓əm (Musqueam), Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), Səl̓ílwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh), St̓át̓imc Tmicw (St’at’imc) and Líl̓wat (Lil\'wat) Peoples. I feel most successful when collaborating with others to build a vision of the future, and then working hard to translate this vision into a reality. I deeply value the unique skills that each member of a team can bring. I appreciate working with people who lead with their values, and are able to speak honestly about the challenges and opportunities they face. Key skills: Leadership & Communication – Able to lead teams to define shared project objectives and set targeted, measurable outcomes. Significant experience designing, executing, and adapting communication strategies to reflect differing needs and communication preferences. Project & Change Management – Highly competent leading cross-functional teams. Strong technical expertise in plan development, risk management, resource management, vendor selection, contracting and budgeting. Able to identify and manage complex stakeholder groups, including facilitation of challenging conversations to address competing wants and needs. Business Analysis – Technical skills include organizational design, process mapping and process optimization, requirements gathering, qualitative analysis (e.g. assortment/range optimization, customer analytics) and report development, including use of data visualization tools (Tableua / Qlikview)- I am currently looking for opportunities to work with others to build a more sustainable, socially conscious future.
