Caroline is a specialist commercial and non-contentious intellectual property lawyer and partner heading up Kuits\' Commercial and Intellectual Property department.Caroline advises clients across a broad range of sectors on the full range of commercial arrangements, encompassing every aspect of clients\' research and development, procurement, production, marketing, selling, outsourcing, infrastructure, and technology requirements. She is also highly experienced in advising on the strategic protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights, in particular know how and confidential information, trade marks and copyright. She has extensive experience of commercial rights in sport including sponsorship, image rights, endorsements, brand licensing and activation at both a deal-specific and a strategic level, as well as a specialism in brand protection and exploitation.Caroline’s wealth of experience both in private practice and in-house means that she can offer well-honed technical skills in the context of a pragmatic, strategic and highly commercial response. She is often described as an extension of a client’s in-house team.Caroline is passionate about grassroots sport and has held a number of operational and strategic roles in local and national sports organisations over the years.
