ABOUT CAROLINE BRATTON
I’m a business transformation and people development leader with a passion for change - be it little changes in behavior and habits or big ones in culture, society and ways of working. My work experiences range from family-owned businesses to global corporations across different industries.At Schüco I‘m responsible for people & organizational development, employer branding and around 200 young talents (lovingly called our „Studzubis“ & Trainees). I’m leading a team of 20 highly skilled and motivated people.My purpose is to help others grow. As an agile coach with systemic roots I enable leaders to effectively develop themselves, their people and the organization.
