About Caroline Bishop

As a second-year student at the University of New Hampshire, I’m pursuing a dual major in Community & Environmental Planning and Sustainability, with a minor in Political Science. I’m passionate about creating sustainable, unified communities that prioritize both environmental health and social well-being. Currently, I’m gaining valuable leadership experience as a Sales Manager at Carter’s, where I oversee team performance and customer engagement, all while refining my skills in communication and management. I’m also actively involved in student leadership as a member of Alpha Xi Delta and the UNH Student Senate, where I contribute to campus initiatives and advocate for student needs. With a deep interest in community development, I’m focused on understanding the intersection of planning, policy, and sustainability to help build resilient communities. I’m always open to networking, learning from others, and discussing ways to create positive change.

   Working at Olive Garden I have cross-trained in numerous positions both front and back of house. I use strong organization skills to manage seating in both bar areas and the dining room, manage reservations, and aid in keeping the cleanliness of the restaurant. In the back of the house, I have experience with managing the cleanliness of the kitchen as well as the salad and bread and drink stations.
