I am an Integrations Administrator at Alloy Roofing, a company backed by Percheron Capital, one of the nation’s top private equity firms. Alloy unites premier roofing service providers across the country, and I specialize in executing the integrations of $18M+ acquisitions—aligning finance, HR, legal, and Working directly with Percheron Capital operations to ensure seamless transitions and scalable growth. My work bridges strategy and execution by building structure, due diligence, driving accountability, and making integrations efficient and effective.Beyond Alloy, I serve on the boards of two of my family’s companies. At Stockertown Beverage, a wholesale beer distribution company dominating the Northeast market, I help guide strategy and brand positioning. I also serve as a Board Member of Pontier Imports & Transport Company, our international trucking enterprise, where I contribute to long-term planning and operations and have supported $3M+ international trade and logistics deals.
