With over 12 years of combined work experience, I am a passionate and versatile project leader with a background in project management, talent acquisition, and client delivery. I enjoy solving complex problems, delivering value to clients, and collaborating with diverse teams in fast-paced and dynamic environments.In my role as a Product Owner, I managed multiple internal and external projects, from setting up a CRM from scratch to optimizing lead generation and content writing. I also worked as an embedded Agile Product Manager for a client in programmatic advertising, where I helped to sunset one version of their product and stabilize the new one through the use of Agile. I leveraged my skills in project management, Agile methodologies, and client communication to deliver high-quality products and services that met the needs and expectations of the stakeholders.Prior, I served Coyote Logistics as the Project Manager of Internal Recruiting. In this role, I was tasked with overhauling and relaunching the internal hiring model. Through an extensive discovery phase, I identified key areas of necessary improvement to increase employee satisfaction and department efficiency. I then developed an internal hiring workflow to be adopted by each department by leveraging feedback and collaboration sessions with business stakeholders. After minor revisions and final C-Suite approvals, I successfully rolled out a newly improved internal hiring process that is still used within the business today.
