Performance and excellence have always been at the core of everything I do, both personally and professionally. As the founder of KasKor Business Coaching and a Business and Performance Coach, my journey has been shaped by decades of experience as an athlete, coach and international executive. My relentless pursuit of understanding what drives human potential has revealed powerful connections between peak performance in sport and success in business. KasKor was born from a deep commitment to helping leaders unlock their true potential and achieve extraordinary results. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working across both the not-for-profit and for-profit sectors, holding roles ranging from Administrative Assistant to Chief Executive Officer. In every role, I’ve strived to create environments where people were empowered and where meaningful outcomes weren’t just possible — they became inevitable. I am grateful for the challenges I’ve encountered, as they have sharpened my leadership skills and strengthened my belief in the power of human-centric leadership. I’ve always believed that people are the foundation of lasting success and that investing in their development is the most valuable decision any organization can make.In 2016, my passion for understanding human performance led me to specialize in Business and Performance Coaching. After dedicating over hours to mastering the drivers of success, I gained deep insights into why people resist change, the importance of self-efficacy in leadership, and the common pitfalls leaders face in pursuing their goals. This journey led to my designation as a Certified Master Business Coach™ with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, the global standard for professional coaching.Today, KasKor Business Coaching reflects my unwavering belief that every person can achieve greatness with the right knowledge, tools and support.
