   As the Mechanical Design Supervisor, I lead a skilled team of Mechanical Designers while staying actively involved in the design of heat exchange equipment. This role combines leadership with hands-on technical expertise to ensure that each project meets industry standards, fulfills customer expectations, and is completed efficiently- I oversee and mentor the design team, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality design packages that align with customer specifications and meet the applicable requirements of industry standards such as ASME, TEMA, and API, successfully achieving project goals- I manage team performance using key metrics focused on quality, adherence to deadlines, and cost control, while fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment- In addition to leading the team, I contribute directly to the design of various heat exchangers, including double pipe, multi-tube hairpin, shell and tube exchangers, and tank heaters. My design efforts prioritize compliance with industry standards, customer satisfaction, and optimization for manufacturability- I work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and management processes to resolve issues, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvements, ensuring that customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
