I qualified in 2007 and spent 12 years in the family law department at an established Leigh-on-Sea firm. Utilising my knowledge of fertility matters through my volunteer role at a women’s health charity, I have developed a unique understanding of fertility law from surrogacy to legal parenthood issues. This work has been recognised in national awards.Understanding that sometimes advance planning is key in minimising family breakdown issues, I also advise on matters including pre – nuptial agreements and domestic abuse orders to prevent problems arising for the client at a later stage of the family breakdown.As well as being a member of Resolution, I am accredited by the Law Society on their Advanced Family Law Panel as a specialist in matrimonial and children act matters. Recognising that family breakdowns need to consider the complex needs of individual family members, I strive to allow my clients to make informed decisions about legal matters that they can put into practical outcomes for their future lives.
