About Caroline Adams
As a senior Health Policy & Administration major with Business and Political Science minors at the Pennsylvania State University, I am passionate about strategic problem-solving, organizational performance, and data-driven decision-making. My academic and professional experiences have equipped me with the ability to analyze complex systems, evaluate market dynamics, and contribute to high-impact business strategies. Last summer, I interned at AmeriHealth Caritas in the Strategy & Planning department, focusing on competitive intelligence. This experience deepened my understanding of organizational positioning, industry trends, and the strategic decision-making processes that shape business growth. It also reinforced my interest in roles that leverage analytical insights to drive innovation and operational success. On campus, I actively develop my leadership skills through various roles—I serve as the Standards Board Director of my professional business fraternity, play a key role as an Executive Board Member in the Health Policy & Administration Club, and led as a Chair of the Penn State HPA Student Consulting Group Feasibility Study last year.
