As a Director of Campaign Operations for POWER 10, Caroline is the primary project manager for each POWER 10 campaign or other service engagement she manages (e.g, Feasibility Study), and directly interacts with the POWER 10 client on a daily or frequent basis. An analogy – Caroline is the \"quarterback” of each campaign and is directly responsible for its success. Caroline calls the daily plays and runs, throws, or hands off – whatever is necessary to win. POWER 10 is a leading campaign management company specializing in strategic initiative development and campaigns to fund:(1) chamber of commerce / economic development programs; and (2) assorted community building and other projects (e.g, public libraries and parks).
