Carolina Sivoli is a highly respected leader in business development and public affairs, currently serving as Vice President of Business Development at Nomi Health. With over 25 years of distinguished experience spanning both the government and private sectors, Carolina has built a reputation as a trusted, influential figure in South Florida and beyond.Her extensive senior leadership roles with prominent public officials, including serving as Director of Protocol and International Affairs for Miami Dade County Commissioner Jose “Pepe” DIaz, District Director for Commissioner Roberto Gonzalez, and Director of Business and Community Affairs for former Miami Dade County Mayor Carlos Alvarez. At the federal level, she held key positions as Outreach and Immigration Chief Director for U.S. Congressman Pete Sessions and Senior Outreach Director for U.S. Senator Ted Cruz.Carolina also served as Chief of Staff to the Florida President of Nomi Health, demonstrating her strategic acumen and unwavering commitment to service.Born in Venezuela and now proudly rooted in Miami, Carolina holds a degree in Hospitality from Biloxi Gulf Coast Community College and a Protocol Officer degree from The Protocol and International Diplomacy School of Washington D.C. Her multilingual fluency in English, Spanish and Italian enhances her ability to build meaningful relationships across diverse communities.She is the former President of the Venezuelan American Chamber of Commerce and former Ambassador to the Miami Dade County Sister Cities program representing Venezuela.
