We believe that loving where you work, who you’re working with, and what you’re working on is critically important, and we consistently strive to create a culture that serves as a model for A/E firms worldwide.• Manage and oversee Gresham Smith’s hiring needs for our Industrial, Building Engineering and Life and Work Places markets.• Develop and implement sourcing and recruitment strategies for the Architecture, Engineering, Design, and Construction industries, utilizing various channels such as internet search engines, referrals, cold calling, online job boards, university recruitment, professional associations, and social media.• Review and screen resumes, conducting phone interviews with candidates as necessary.• Coordinate and schedule interviews, arrange travel logistics, verify credentials and references, organize follow-up interviews with company supervisors and hiring teams, and lead the offer process.• Deliver exceptional client service to both candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.• Collaborate with internal departments (Corporate Communications, Marketing, HR, IT, and Accounting) to optimize data and recruiting content for ongoing talent acquisition strategies.• Assist with university recruitment and intern event annual planning.• Foster and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to streamline recruitment processes and ensure efficiency.
