About Carolina Panoff

My professional life has had a lot of variety and spunk. You can say that I enjoy variety and like to keep things interesting. I started off in the marketing automation SaaS industry and was very successful as an individual sales contributor. I excelled at understanding my customers and meeting their needs, however this was an industry that I found quite empty that did not meet my need for fulfillment. I then shifted into joining an early-stage Aquaculture company called Seaventure Clam Co. We were a small team making big shifts in the commercial shellfish industry. As one of the largest producers in Florida, our vision for Seaventure was to scale to a level to be able to produce enough shellfish to fill the entire Indian River Lagoon and visibly aid with water quality and nitrogen removal. Today I focus on my two largest passions which are personal/emotional development and self-expression and breaking barriers through my company\'s Be You Disco and my coaching business Carolina Panoff Coaching. Be You Disco was born at the height of the pandemic as a way for people to have connection and entertainment in a safe and socially-distanced way. It has since grown from offering entertainment for private events and community events to bringing its facilitation to the corporate world. We use silent disco and mindfulness as a way to break down barriers and build empathy among teams.

   Be You Disco curates guided wellness experiences that combine mindfulness, dance, and connection activities leaving participants with a heightened sense of belonging and well-being. We work with large fortune 500 companies such as Delta and Aetna, Event professonsals and DMCs, as well as Colleges to bring this joyous immersive dance experience to life. Our unconventional team building and wellness experiences promote authentic connection and communication allowing for barriers to crumble and empathy to rise. Togetherness and authenticity are two values that in many cases have been forgotten by corporate culture, and are exactly the recipe to creating a fulfilling workplace with open communication among teams, loyal employees that take ownership and aren\'t afraid to lead, and respect across all departments breaking down organizational silos. This is an immersive experience that allows for your team to easily enter a state of presence with the activities and their teammates. This practice will help your team to develop body awareness, be more authentic and empathetic with colleagues, encourage them to find their creative edge, and certainly help to break through operational or cross-department barriers.
