Responsible for monitoring the KPIs established by EIT RawMaterials and the European Institute of Innovation & Technology. Developed a Metric Monitoring System for this purpose. Also, in charge of reviewing deliverables and outputs, and managing the projects and partners’ databases.\\\\nContributed to the coordination and management of the EIT RawMaterials portfolio (more than 150 Pan-European projects with 200M€ budget per year) in which there are more than 350 stakeholders (between partners–customers and coworkers).\\\\nImproved the internal operations processes in collaboration with teammates, and supported the other teams at EIT RawMaterials in their development of the processes and standards.\\\\n\\\\nTasks:\\\\n- Reviewing deliverables, outputs, budgets, KPIs, etc.\\\\n- Managing the projects and partners’ databases.\\\\n- Preparing and presenting reports to the management team related to the portfolio, such as status reports, KPI tracking and deviation reports.\\\\n- Improvement of the existing project management tools.\\\\n- Representing the Operations Team during project reviews across all EIT RawMaterials\' hubs.\\\\n- Implementing necessary business tools and mechanisms for operational excellence throughout EIT RawMaterials.\\\\n- Developing of processes, guidelines and implementation plans in other EIT RawMaterials\' teams.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
