Battersea Power Station is London’s most exciting new neighbourhood, where visitors can experience shops, bars and restaurants, leisure and entertainment as well as unique events, art and culture at the heart of a Grade ll* listed landmark- Full end-to-end management and delivery of public large and small scale events- Develop identity for each event, to achieve high satisfaction levels for all stakeholders- Ensure all events successfully contribute to company objectives and overall sales and footfall goals- Manage multiple concurrent events and prioritise effectively for successful deliveries- Ensure project transparency by communicating effectively with all internal and external teams- Analyse event performance and quickly communicate learnings to increase the quality of future projects- Prepare and keep track of annual event budget within expected timeframes- Work with graphic designers to produce creative content for events and marketing collateral- Website maintenance and updates that are related to the events calendar- Events administration (logistics, invoicing, health & safety). Key events delivered- The Wine Circuit 2025 - celebrASIA 2024 & 2025 (London’s first South East Asia festival)- The Light Festival (2020 to 2025)- Summer Showtime (2020 to 2023)- Team GB Paris Olympics fanzone (2024)- The River Walk Market (2019 and 2025)- King Charles Coronation festival (2023)- Christmas activations: markets, site theming, grotto, workshops, festival rides (from 2018 to present)- We Love Cheese (2019)
