The Lynn Affordable Housing Trust Fund has the mission is to create, maintain, and preserve affordable housing opportunities for Lynn residents. As the Manager of this Fund, I oversee existing housing planning activities and programs, and support the expansion of the City’s housing efforts by undertaking initiatives to implement strategies outlined in the City’s Housing Production Plan and Vision Lynn (Recently adopted comprehensive plan). I work closely with the Mayor’s Office, City of Lynn Planning Department, Lynn Housing Authority and Neighborhood Development, City of Lynn Office of Economic and Community Development, and other City departments, non-profit and private housing developers and managers, social service agencies, regional and state agencies.
