I am a dual-certified, bilingual Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP-BC, FNP-C) with more than 18 years of experience across critical care, trauma, and flight medicine. My career has been grounded in delivering advanced, high-acuity care in some of healthcare’s most demanding environments, both in hospital settings and in the air.I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Innovation Leadership, where my focus is on transforming healthcare through system redesign, inclusive leadership, and scalable innovation that improves outcomes for both patients and clinicians.I serve as Co-Chair of the Policy & Advocacy Committee for the National Association of Hispanic Nurses (NAHN), where I help advance healthcare equity, workforce development, and policy initiatives that elevate Hispanic and underrepresented voices. I also serve as Director-at-Large for the Arizona Nurses Association (AzNA), working to unify and amplify nurses’ voices across the state.My work bridges frontline clinical expertise with strategic leadership, driving meaningful change in patient care delivery, professional development, and system-level innovation.
