Ms. Juarez is a licensed California and Mexican Attorney with a broad experience in U.S. Mexico Cross-Border real estate transactions and corporate work. Ms. Juarez experience includes- Represent clients in the formation and structuring of cross-border joint venture entities for real estate projects and other business initiatives, including incorporation of domestic and foreign entities, joint venture issues and dissolution- Advise clients in the structuring, acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of complex commercial real estate projects in California and Mexico, including office buildings, hotels, resorts and shopping centers- Advise clients on domestic and Mexico corporate issues, including drafting shareholders agreements, dissolution, equity investment and financing- Represent clients in the hospitality industry in the operation and management of hotels and resorts, including negotiation and termination of franchise agreements with major hotel chains-Planning and establishing Mexican Production Facilities for U.S.based companies, including completing the incorporation proves and obtaining necessary permits and operating licenses.Specialties: U.S. Mexico Cross- Border corporate and real estate transactions
