I am a builder and renovator of strategic businesses for companies seeking to focus on holistic digital transformation. For over 20+ years I have demonstrated the proven ability to build organizations with modern digital capabilities. I am a member of NACD and enjoy working on corporate boards. I am known as a connector of people and concepts to solve complex business problems while building new digital business models. My expertise is supported by broad business consulting and enterprise business agility transformation experience across multiple industries but with a special focus on Financial Services and Insurance. I was given the nickname “Velvet Hammer” many years ago by leaders who recognized my ability to help delicately shift people into new ways of thinking and working. Effectively achieving results while keeping people engaged, happy and inspired. In helping people change, I start with what they know, build on what they have, and then lead them to where they need to go. All the while bringing people along the journey by understanding what they need and incorporating that into the final solution. My method to achieve results starts first with an inspirational vision with OKRs collaboratively developed by the team, followed by modern lean agile execution. The core focus is about the customer and enabling value creation rapidly using a Lean Startup approach. One of the secrets of my success is that I naturally connect people and concepts to solve complex business problems. I believe that it\'s important to inspect but equally important to inspire. I challenge people not because I want to be right, but because I want the team to be successful In my personal life, I am also a leader. I cherish my family and am involved in their growth and development. I give back and contribute to my church and community. I am a passionate advocate of supporting the growth of women in technology.
