When I first heard this, I laughed and then couldn’t agree more. In being a project manager, you do have to wear many hats and this is one of them. We find ways to control the uncontrollable. People really like working for me on projects as I roll up my sleeves and do what needs to be done to make the team, stakeholders, leadership and the project successful.
