I have been coaching people through my Facebook Live on Tuesdays at 7:30PM EST where I challange people to thrive in their lives. We discuss many topics all having to do with being in a better emotional place. ABOUT CAROLE LYNNE SANEK
When life handed me lemons, I changed careers. I was living in my personal wilderness of grief, and I knew it was the right time to retire from my social media marketing business and also from podcasting. I wrote a public daily journal on Facebook and people told me how much the processing of my grief inspired them to change their lives, in the way they lived and loved. I realized how much I enjoyed helping people and I studied to become a certified life coach. I passed my final exam with flying colors. It gets better. My first book Fractured-Living with Grief launched in January 2021. Fractured is a love story, a grief story, and I fill it with chapter after chapter of beautiful emotional adventures of 20 years. Every chapter shares expert advice on handling life when grief hits you between the eyeballs because you cannot avoid it. Writing turned into helping others, helping others turned into coaching, so I have come full circle because I am working on two more books. Upcoming releases are \"Forgive\" an eBook on the title of course, and \"Firewalkers\" an interview book of some men and women who thrive in life now more than ever. In April 2021 I launched my mini-podcast https://thrivelive.podbean.com/ I found a production company that handles it for me, I have podcasted since 2015 and this is a perfect venue for me, short and sweet and daily. As Pinktober ended this year an idea came and sat on the edge of my desk and it kept poking my shoulder to pay attention to it. I finally did and a book idea turned into a docuseries idea, I called my people in Hollywood and asked for help, I got names, I got help and thank goodness for my friends. When year 3 came in March I realized I was leaving the revolving door of grieving and I was able to step out into the sunshine. There are still rain clouds, but there are also rainbows.
