This included workshops, drop-in sessions for managers, facilitating divisional off-sites, 1:1 coaching, and the creation of on-demand resources- Oversaw the design and implementation of a coaching culture by launching internal coaching courses, promoting professional coaching qualifications, and building a network of over 100 qualified internal coaches and mentors.
