Carole Stanley manages all corporate accounting and human resources activities for Talonvest. She is responsible for the financial reporting, administration of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. In addition, Ms. Stanley oversees corporate marketing, policy/procedure compliance, ongoing maintenance of HR benefits, practices, and organizational health. Carole has over 15 years of commercial real estate experience including cash flow analysis-underwriting, as well as creating investment sales and financing packages. Ms. Stanley graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and is a licensed real estate salesperson.
