   While pursuing my master\'s degree in music business at Berklee, I conceived of & built a bespoke sync agency of Berklee student & alumni composers who created original scores from within Berklee’s label.• Formed partnerships with the School of Visual Arts’ MFA film programs in New York & multiple small production companies based out of NY & LA in the US, as well as cities in Luxembourg, Germany, the UK, and Spain• Managed cross-functional operations for multiple short film productions, including budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination across multiple time zones• Built and led a roster of 25 composers; secured 10 film scoring placements; generated $15K in revenue in the first 3 months; achieved a 100% placement success rate• Handled composer submissions and client outreach, matching creative talent to directors’ needs and facilitating successful collaborations• Designed an efficient organizational system for composer assets using custom questionnaires, music categorization, and a searchable database• Built composer agency catalog on DISCO with complete metadata for sync pitches• Negotiated contracts and maintained partnerships with film programs and production companies to grow visibility and engagement*Ongoing freelance music supervisor on films based out of NY & LA featuring original scores & licensed tracks. • Handles clearance & contract negotiations; provides guidance on licensing & copyright law• Sources & interviews composers, sound designers, sound mixers, and foley artists • Project manager of music department: managing budget allocation, hiring of composers, musicians, foley artists, and at times, sound designers; manages scheduling across multiple time zones; leads production team meetings that involve collaboration with the music and sound departments• Creates cue sheets
