Responsible for the delivery of Employee Relations for UK, Ireland and Channel Islands (UCI)• Accountable for the provision of Employee Relations advise and coaching to leaders at all levels within UCI• Lead and direct employer-employee relationships which contribute to Computershare’s strategic goals• Assigned to a business unit, providing advice and guidance on the people requirements with the relevant Business Partner • Partner with legal department and external advisors to solve complex ER issues and mitigate risk • Manage ER aspects of change programmes across the Company, collaborating with managers to ensure people changes are effectively managed and implemented• Lead vendor management activities for third party relationships including occupational health and group income protection providers• Work as a member of the global ER Team to develop the Global Employee Relations Strategy and approach including improving processes and developing policies• Ownership of People Policies from a UCI perspective and updating in line with changes to legislation • Lead, coach and develop the ER Team to drive high performance (Employee Relations Manager, 2 Senior ER Consultants, 2 ER Consultants and 1 Administrator)• Manage case escalations directly with the business • Partner with MI to produce a new set of ER analytics • Provide support to the wider People Function, working closely with People Services & Delivery, Reward, Training, Learning & Development as well as our Business Partners
