My practice consists of civil litigation with a focus on transportation, regulatory compliance and employment law. I represent some of Canada\'s largest bus and trucking companies on a wide variety of transportation issues, including disciplinary matters and compliance with legislative requirements.On a daily basis I defend clients in Provincial Offences Courts across the province on a wide range of regulatory compliance issues and I appear on their behalf before administrative tribunals.I also practice in the area of employment law, including wrongful dismissal, employment standards, human rights, contract and policy drafting.Specialties: Transportation law, regulatory compliance, quasi-criminal defence work and employment issues.
