Proteor, a French century-old family-owned company, major global player in the O&P industry (+€170m in revenues |+1,100 FTEs | 8 subsidiaries and 4 R&D centers worldwide)| Strategy- Develop multi-year business plans and define priorities to achieve the plan\'s objectives- Translate the overall strategy into operational action plans- Enabler role: Ensure coordination and communication with operational departmentsDevelopment / Organic growth- Lead cross-functional projects within the Group (e.g, new business lines, expansion into a new geographic area, etc.)- Enabler role: Support teams and remove obstacles that hinder execution (process, governance, ressources allocation.)- Monitor performance and adjust the trajectory based on resultsDevelopment/External growth (Minority and majority shareholding)- Study identified targets in France and abroad, in the O&P sector- Lead and coordinate internal/external stakeholders during (1) LOI (valuation of the assets and initial terms of agreement)(2) due diligence (3) closing (4) early stage of integration process- Monitor performance of investments made (minority and majority shareholder)/ Board attendanceChief of Staff / Executive Office- Active role in setting the agenda and leading Executive Committee discussions- Prepare Board meetings with family investors and PE investors- Board attendanceSenior Executive reporting directly to the CEO | Member of the Executive Committee
