My expertise covers shareholder management, corporate governance, international M&A, SaaS contracting, compliance (GDPR, DORA, AML, anti-bribery), and dispute resolution.With English as my primary working language, I operate across multiple jurisdictions (France, USA, Singapore, Switzerland, Hungary), ensuring alignment between legal frameworks, business objectives, and shareholder expectations.I thrive on building efficient processes, implementing legal tech tools (CLM, shareholding management platforms), and driving compliance programs that support sustainable growth and investor confidence. • Contracts & SaaS: Drafting, negotiating, and managing strategic agreements (clients, suppliers, partnerships). • Governance & Shareholder Management: Board and General Meetings Secretary; legal supervision of 10 subsidiaries (in France, USA, Singapore, Switzerland and Hungary); shareholder structure and equity management. • M&A: Leading capital increases and cross-border acquisitions. • Compliance & Ethics: Driving compliance with GDPR, DORA, anti-bribery and AML; rollout of the Group’s Code of Conduct. • Strategic Projects: Implementation of SaaS legal tools (CLM, shareholding management platforms) and users training. • IP & Insurance: Managing the Group’s trademark portfolio and global insurance program. • Litigation: Handling disputes across multiple jurisdictions.
