As the Director of Support Operations at Cellular Sales, I lead multiple layers of support teams dedicated to delivering high-level internal user support across hardware, software, and day-to-day tech operations. I’m passionate about building systems that make work smoother, not more stressful. Technology can be overwhelming, I focus on coaching my team to provide efficient, solution-driven support while offering excellent customer service along the way. My goal is to create processes and people strategies that reduce frustration and build trust at every level.Outside of my full-time role, I also host the Faith & Work podcast. A personal project born from a desire to encourage believers to live out their faith in the workplace.
