About Carole Dale
I spent most of my professional career in the political marketing and strategy space. I worked with political candidates, campaigns and advocacy groups help hone the messaging, budgeting, fund raiser, strategizing best marketing tactics and negotiating and executing multi-platform media campaigns. I am comfortable in a fast-paced, ever changing project environment. I work well on my own and as part of a team. I am highly motivated to provide the best and most efficient solutions for my clients. I have always been a trusted advisor, my approach to each candidate, campaign and cause is to listen, understand in great detail the goals to accomplish before working to provide the solution. I take a relational approach to each project. I am cautious to be sure to ask all the questions so that the outcome is positive for all. I evaluate each situation before, during and after in order to ensure the greatest success while also learning to improve or streamline elements for the next campaign. My clients have always felt comfortable working closely with me. I can work in stressful situations and enjoy the thrill of crunch time.
