Develop a forward-looking business strategy and product plan which defines market trends, opportunities and risks within the beauty and personal care category- Analyse consumer, product, formula and packaging trends to propose and create innovative, on-trend products - Product R&D (product, form, component innovation) directing labs and manufacturers from initial concepts through final production- Perform product development research with existing customers through surveys, product testing, and market research- Work with graphic designers to finalise primary & secondary packaging design and development- Source labs and manufacturers (domestic and international) for all new products- Oversee pricing strategy - Approve all formulas and work with compliance team to ensure global compliance standards are met- Communicate product features and benefits to marketing and brand education team - Collaborate with cross functional teams (creative, marketing, operations, sales, etc.) for product launch strategies and execution- Attendance at national and international trade shows to meet manufacturers and raw material suppliers, report on consumer and ingredient trends, review the competitive landscape, stay ahead of trends…
