Executes on the vision of a learning healthcare system by integrating clinical knowledge functions across the national team at Kaiser Permanente (KP). Leads KP’s national clinical knowledge functions at KP’s Care Management Institute: Clinical guidelines, shared decision making, clinical library, CME/MOC. Directs clinical informatics enhancements that facilitate implementation of care pathways in strategic priority areas. Ensures appropriate on-going governance and maintenance. Stimulates research discovery and translation through internal grant-making aligned with strategic priorities and evidence gaps. Supported KP\'s national COVID-19 response through vetting guidance, creating tools and training, funding research.
