Through years of personal and professional growth, I’ve learned that real impact comes from staying close to people. Listening deeply. Paying attention to what communities need now, not what systems were built for in the past. I’ve also learned that when our work is aligned with who we are and what we value, it becomes a source of purpose, joy, and sustained care rather than depletion.At my core, I am a connector. I am drawn to bringing people together across roles, organizations, and lived experiences because I’ve seen how much harm isolation can cause and how much healing becomes possible when we choose connection instead. I believe in the power of collective care, shared responsibility, and creating spaces where people feel safe enough to be seen, supported, and hopeful.My work is guided by love, dignity, belonging, and justice. I care deeply about building environments where leadership is human, where joy and grief can coexist, and where the work we do genuinely improves people’s lives. I believe in what becomes possible when we show up for one another with intention and heart. Together, we are stronger. Together, we can heal.
