Contract work often required SECRET, TOP SECRET and SCI security clearance levels. Customers include US Army, US Air Force, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), US Department of Agriculture (USDA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Sandia National Laboratories, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS).As company president, led multiple companies through significant growth in revenue and gross margins. Profit/Loss (P&L) leadership for business portfolios up to $120M in annual revenues and 1,200 employees in 12 states. Developed and executed a program management excellence initiative across over 50 subsidiaries of a $1.7B holding company. Served on numerous advisory boards and boards of director for both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. Experienced in leading teams through merger/acquisition and significant reorganization transitions and integrations. MRJ was purchased by Veridian in which then had its initial public offering in 2002 and was purchased by General Dynamics in 2003. Within the NANA Development Corporation structure, 4 federal contracting holding companies were consolidated into a single holding company through 2 separate merger/acquisition transitions.Looking to continue utilizing diverse leadership, business acumen, growth and integration experience into new opportunities to inspire teams to higher levels of success than they believed possible.
