Manage a team of consultants to provide Small Business Support services to small businesses and entrepreneurs seeking so grow or expand an existing or new business. Services include assistance with industry, competition and target market research; business planning and strategic planning. Guidance and assistance in completing financial projections including cash flow projections and break even. Directing and guiding qualified clients through Growth Acceleration Program. Conduct workshops on various topics of interest to businesses. Service assigned cities within the County and support the team by providing financial management support to consultant clients as needed.Manage contracts to ensure deliverables and build partnerships throughout the Counties footprint. Conduct performance reviews for direct reports and ensure the team receives training/professional development to ensure continual growth and strength in entrepreneurial and small business service delivery.
