Her experience includes leading the finance, accounting, HR, risk management and legal functions of growing organizations. Carol has over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, spanning from mergers and acquisitions to IPOs to implementing systems and controls needed to transition a company through its growth. After working in the high tech audit practice of Arthur Andersen for seven years, Carol has worked with a number of growth-stage technology companies, leading them through growth and exit.
