Real estate has been my full time career since I obtained a license in the summer of 1994. It is an exciting business and I have enjoyed working with a wide variety of clients from residential resale, to plats of new construction. I earned my brokers license in 2003 and managed our Windermere office in Bremerton. In 2008 I became a partner in the business. I have truly enjoyed the experience and the journey. Windermere Real Estate has been a great partner to me. In the summer of 2013, we sold our building in downtown Bremerton and decided to merge our office with our Silverdale branch. Since then I have returned to residential sales as a managing broker. My experience includes residential & commercial sales, leasing & contract management. Property management. Growing a sales team, managing personnel, teaching state approved clock hour courses, and marketing real estate. Coordinating with contractors & managing budgets to rehab properties for the market.
