As a volunteer, serving on the Global Village Academy Board of Directors since July 2017. Served as Vice President of the Board, July 2018-July 2019, and served as President for 20••••20 and 20••••21 school years and re-elected for terms through the 20••••23 school year. Global Village Academy is an international foreign language immersion public charter school where our mission is for students to become fluent and literate in English and a second world language, excel academically in core content subjects, and develop 21st century skills, including cross-cultural understanding.
